Parental Alienation Awareness Film

As featured in a previous post, a short film by actor Theresa Godly has been made, and the trailer released. Having been alienated from my own father as a child, this project means so much to people that have been through Parental Alienation. It is a form of psychological abuse that effects everybody except the controlling parent. This film highlights the story of Theresa’s own experience, and also stars the amazingly talented Leon Ung. With the film now complete, we are reaching out for donations for submission to various film festivals all over, in order to spread awareness of this terrible social issue. The final three days are upon us. I have been running a Kickstarter campaign for my sixth book, Malinkar : Lord Of Enmity, which has been highly successful. If you like to read fantasy adventures, you may just enjoy this yarn as well. It sees the titular character rise to power after discovering his true ancestral line, his corruption and swing towards hatred of the Viridian empire. Today my dear friend Oliver McNeil launches his new Kickstarter campaign for the sequel to his award winning ( 😉 ) tabletop RPG, The Storymaster’s Tales Weirding Woods. The new adventure sees you as a hero trying to gain glory from the perilous Dracodeep Dungeon. New magic, new monsters and new characters abound in this fantasy Grimm-esque world. Having play-testing it live recently, I can tell you that it has all the makings of another masterpiece like it’s predecessor and it is great to see The Storymaster’s Tales universe expanding with another game in the pipeline even now. The Wicked Wizard Of Oz

As many of you know I am rather keen on game books. Not least those of the author Jonathan Green. Im delighted to share with you his latest game book project which you can help fund on kickstarter. It offers many rewards for backing the project from a signed copy to even being an official playtester. Here is the link to the page and the project will be live on Saturday 3rd September at 1pm UK time click here .

This will be one of Jonathans most ambitious game books to date, you can play as one of four characters, Dorothy, The Scarecrow, The Tin Woodsman, The Lion … each with their own unique abilities strengths and weaknesses. As with his previous book, Alices Nightmare In Wonderland, amazing illustrator Kevin Crossley is on board to bring the world of Oz to life in a much more dark and tough looking way reminiscent of a steampunk theme.
