So what desserts look and taste absolutely fantastic yet are good for you as far as desserts go? It doesn’t have to all be about fruit and veg. Keto is taking the health and dieting world by storm. TAKE A LOOK HERE.

I tried one of these 30 day challenges to tone up a bit several months ago and although it worked for the most part, I still have a little bit of a belly as you can see. On doing a bit of searching around online I have discovered this product which is designed to help combat that middle age spread. Take a look, maybe it’s worth a go if you’re in my position too. So I’ve been doing these thirty day challenges for almost a month now. Lets take a look and see if theres been any improvement.
Before
After
Well I dunno about you but I can definately see the crunches have flattened down that beergut I previously had. Muscles have toned well on my neck, arms and chest. Although im not by any means ripped I would say the thirty day abs torso and leg workouts have worked very well. I have gone from a middle aged couch potato who could barely manage five pressups to someone who can do in excess of twenty without breaking a sweat. It will now be wise to eat healthily and continue these exercises as part of a daily routine.
Jam out.
So I’m at day 14 of my 30 Day Workout apps challenge. What’s the verdict so far? Well, I definitely feel I have more stamina. Back on day one when it was a struggle to do 6 push ups, I never thought I’d be clearing 20 a day so soon. Crunches, lunches, curls, I’m keeping up with them all. But has it effected my appearence? Not too much, although the flacidity of my muscles has largely gone and they’ve become quite firm. My belly appears a bit …just a bit… flatter. So yes, it seems at this halfway mark to be working of sorts.
Before. Where are you pecs?
After. Is that a bicep at last?
I think energy drinks after a workout are a con. Milk repairs all muscle rips and the protein builds them up, not to mention its packed with energy, vitamins and minerals anyway. Ditch the sugary rubbish, milks cheaper anyway. See you at day 30!
Well I’ve decided to take on those 30 day challenge apps to see if I can get myself fit again and hopefully start a running app once I feel limbered up. The 30 day apps consist of about 10 different exercises for arms, legs and abs development with the repetitions increasing slightly each day. There are 4 levels. Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert. Naturally I recognised some time ago I wasn’t as fit as I use to be. In my teens I had no trouble getting over a six foot fence but thanks to the drinking, smoking and gauging on fatty foods in my twenties to mid thirties I’d be lucky to run 100 metres before collapsing exhausted in a heap. Look at that gut!
I have just completed day three of training. God I ache all over, but not as much as Day one which left me with a cramp in my left thigh. To be fair I do feel a little more flexible around my joint despite the pain. Tomorrow is the first rest day (as is every fourth day) and I have achieved two awards on the app. Once the pain has subsided I will consider starting the running app as well. On day thirty I shall post another pic of me on here and see if there are any differences before going in to Intermediate level. In the meantime here’s another reminder of how flacid things have become. Sorry! And watch this space.
