OK anyone who knows me know I am a fan of AMCs #The Walking Dead and I have looked forward to the spin off for so long. It doesn’t / hasn’t delivered for me 😦 . I am three shows in so far and and these people seem to be as thick as pig shit. I’m sorry but the only thing good about it is the special fx. Huge waste of money #AMC , you should be pumping that budget into the original and best. Besides….wasn’t it budget cuts that buggered up the origionals second season?
Here is what I have done with my social munzee. I have printed a few off for laminating tomorrow and will be hiding them about the place. Wonder if they bring in more caps.

Had a very productive day today. I’ve done my Zombie Apocalypse munzee series at long last. Timed it just right as well, I finished off just in time to catch the last bus home with only seconds to spare. Been up till now (3:40am) editing all their descriptions. Well, must go sleep now or I’ll be zombified myself in the morning 🙂
Today was a busy day in #Lincoln with #TheAsylum annual #steampunk festival in full swing. Each and every one of the participants from all over the world looked splendid. Amid the population surge of costumed chaos … Jonathan Green, author of several Fighting Fantasy books was giving a talk about his up and coming gamebook Alice’s Nightmare In Wonderland. As a kickstarter backer of this project, it was too much of an opportunity to miss meeting him and even having a little playthrough of the first draft with the other guests. Whereas Fighting Fantasy readers would use Skill, Stamina and Luck to determine the major outcomes of the adventure… I can let you know there will be a similar technique but also with a Sanity characteristic.
As he read out umpteen sections and the audience made votes to decide which route Alice took, I felt it was my turn to speak up. ‘Drink the liquid’ I called out with a freeing excitement. Low and behold this action took us to a previously unnoticed editing fault. Trust me to be the first proof reader! A slightly embarrassed but giggling Jonathan then took questions from the attendees before a signing out in the main hall.
Fighting Fantasy fans may be wondering if there shall ever be another FFF. I can reveal that this is a topic that isn’t forgotten and has been pitched to Ian Livingstone and Steve Jackson. Remain vigilant fellow FF fans… it might happen!

God I hate Jeremy Kyle Show. Just caught the tail end of an episode and it most the guests you get on that show are so vulgar and a mockery of 2million years of human evolution. But who’s worse? The chavs and slags or the suited arsehole with one bollock who’s making a fortune out of exhibiting then on television for entertainment? This really is the Victorian freakshow of modern times.
In an ideal world the entire lot should be rounded up and executed on TV, boosting the itv ratings and acting as a deterrent of anti social behaviour whilst simultaneously alleviating housing, population and benefit crises. My bloody taxes are going to those wastes of oxygen!! 😡

I can’t do this dating malarkey any more. Was speaking to someone this past few days but a couple of revelations they slipped last night put me off. I wish them all the best though.
Moving along, its the weekend now. Possibility to meet up with Mr Green. I’d like to do some more munzeeing as well.
I’ve been judged by several times over the years before now so here it is in font. It must be said I am somewhat a bohemian and a jester. This is how I enjoy life. People need to grasp the concept I’m not a sad lonely old man, I’m a happy single carefree clown. Im happier doing my own thing in my own time, and I’d never want a so called ‘normal life’ like you . Kiss my ass.
Had a great time with Mr Lain in #Manchester City today . We set off from Skellingthorpe around 8am where he drove us to #Meadowhall shopping centre. We paused for a #McDonald’s before getting a tram to the train station, then a train to Manchester. We had tried four bookshops looking for second hand Fighting Fantasy gamebooks but nothing had turned up. One shop had even closed down and turned into a winebar. Finally we found Paramount Bookstore in Shudehill. Pretty early on in the search I found Sagard The Barbarian book4. It’s in used but acceptable condition. Mark would then go on to scour the shelves and bring up a signed copy of an early Citadel Of Chaos, an early copy of Fighting Fantasy-The Introductory RPG, a clean copy of Battleblade Warrior with black dragon logo, and a copy of Starship Traveller but we left that as it was in shit condition. All in all a great adventure and a pleasing result. Also visited the Museum Of Science and Industry afterwards.
Let’s hope work flies by today with such a busy weekend ahead. I have #Manchester tomorrow with Mr Lain, and then meeting up with Claire on Sunday. It’s rained here during the night and is still dull and overcast. Gonna tidy up the rooms, and get showered before bed. Won’t have time in the morning. Best charge the camera and phone up as well. Kit out my rucksack.

I’m so thrilled its gone five and a half thousand miles in such a short time. It was in Baby Masons #geocache so long I thought it had been lost until it was moved to the place Aaron picked it up. Then bang! All the way round the world. Here’s hoping the current holders of my other two #travelbugs get themselves into gear. Gonna feel like a travelbug myself this weekend!!
So here I am facing an appointment with an eye specialist on the 24th of this month. Apparently I’m having something with dye done. I’ve had a little look round on the internet and seen two processes involving dye. Ones like a bit of litmus paper leant against your tear duct. The other is an injection in the arm. Then the eye is scanned in both cases under blue light. I hope its the former. I hate needles. And if its needle in the eye (God forbid) they can piss right off. It’s all due to the pressure in my left eye being 1% different to that in my right. Bloody hell, 1%! Maybe i just blinked hard trying to focus on the hot air balloon? Are #specsavers just trying to pull a fast one? I only went in to reactivate my lensmail prescription.
