I’m no dietitian but to share with anyone that will find this useful is OK. There was one week a little while ago I had seen drinking lots of water made you look younger in just a few weeks. I never took that particular challenge but did resort to drinking a mug of water every hour on the hour for five days. I was only eating your standard amounts. (IE cereal for breakfast, packed lunch, stew for dinner and a sarnie for supper)
The art in it is to drink it all inside a minute. I never felt hungry and did feel sated round the clock. Give it a try? Remember, every hour on the hour 🙂
