Ok so once again we have a well loved classic about to be shot to pieces by the modern film industry. Even with A1 cast members such as Bill Nighy and Michael Gambon on board, the film is doomed (sorry) with a shallow and completely transparent plot. A beautiful reporter (Catherine Zeta Jones) has turned up at Walmington On Sea and MI5 has traced a radio broadcast to Germany at the same time. We can guess everything now so there really is no need to see it. The saying goes sometimes less is more…. and it applies here.

Interesting. I recently wrote about the Dad’s Army film too (http://suzannecamfield.wordpress.com/2014/10/22/dads-army-film-cast/) and I am intrigued to see if the film is any good when released! I guess we can only wait and see.
