So much has happened in this passed two weeks it was really difficult to follow through with regular posts without it looking too repetitive. Susie has handed in her notice here and decided we are definitely moving. I have seen the property and best of all the garden is massive. I have been delegated as gardener (good cos i’m not decorator lol ) so have been cross referencing with her and Ruth what we would like from it and with a bit of help from her boyfriend Mark (Markle) , we should be able to get everything exactly how we need it. Just finished a weeks overtime at the BBC again so the extra earnings will come in very helpful indeed. Life seems to be falling into place nicely 🙂
Had a lovely time today. Took Shanti for a walk with Vicki. The rest of the day was rather old routine. Seems to be invasion of the nutters in Left4Dead land at the moment. My gold membership expires soon anyway so it’ll have to wait to be restored.
Well the lass in Herne Bay hasn’t done herself any justice going through large mood swings two nights in a row and all but bit me a nice life last night. I can’t be dealing with schizophrenics especially as we have only spoken for two days. She has tried messaging me five times but I have blocked all comms. So back on the dating site I go. I am not disappointed though and have plenty to keep me going till somebody sound makes an effort.
My thoughts turn the my ebay item which has approximately a day left and 6 watchers. Surely one of them will put a bid in. Asking for far less than its worth and have listed it in America too so it increases my chances. This is also my last weekday off till easter. With a weeks overtime coming up again this has been a much needed rest. Better than that The Ritz have invited the Red Dwarf cast back next year so I have booked me and scott some tickets. Gonna need to buy a printer now, grrr lol.
Halfway through my second week off already and I have achieved nothing lol. However there’s a certain young lady from good old Herne Bay whos rather taken with me. Should be worth pursuing as my longest relationship of three years was a long distance one. The Walking Dead seemed a little bland last night but it did introduce some new characters. Should give it a second viewing as I was kind of distracted. Jamie from work has ordered Left4Dead so maybe we can throw a decent team together between us.
Today has been surreal. The Ritz cinema in town had the lads from Red Dwarf over. Arounds 200 lucky people including myself (due to my nephew Scott building a Starbug model for them which is now signed and on display in The Ritz) came to see there heroes and watch a couple of episodes of the show on the big screen. It’s my priveledge to tell everybody who is reading this post that Rob Llewellyn aka Kryten has announced series 11 has been given the go ahead. Filming starts in November and it will be aired sometime in 2015. Chris Barrie also said that there is a very good chance Gordon Brittas will be returning to the screens as well.
Apart from Craig Charles knocking 3 out of 4 drinks over throughout the day (he was on the lager) I guess my favourite bit was when Chris couldn’t remember what Rimmers brother had called him in the first episode of series 10 so I shouted “TWAT”…. which took the roof off. Danny also done an amazing Blues version of Tongue Tied. Thankyou Scott, I was a very happy Uncle today and especially proud of you 🙂
No not the film. Just a rant about the mixed bag of players we get on xbox live. Some people really do need parents. Was just about to give up this morning but then the following 4 games were played perfectly by others who know what co op actually stands for. I salute them. Anyway apart from slacking around the home I did do some vacuuming and cleaning so it wasn’t a wasted day. Watched the film 300 for the first time today. Disappointed with the ending but I guess we cant have it all our own way 🙂
Well guys and girls… I managed to complete my epic voyage, and now I ache all over lol. Still managed to make it to the old pub quiz with the gang but today I’m taking it much easier whilst my muscle tissue binds back together. That’ll teach me for leaving it so long. First big cycle ride of the year (2014)
Right then, I seem to have everything I need, just need to make the water bottles up in the morning. I have planned to go on the longest ride I have ever been on. Wether it is one way and a train back or both ways this will be one heck of a good adventure if it comes off successfully. My last action tonight will be watching The Walking Dead.
