So #Twitter10k for those of you whom arnt aware is that TWITTER are thinking of allowing up to 10,000 characters per tweet rather than the usual 140. Not so much a tweet, more of a wolf’s howl. This means lots of long winded boring tweets but on the other hand does give you ample space to get your message across. Could be cool, could be crap.

#oregonunderattack seems to be trending on TWITTER right now accompanied with this picture.
It kind of got me thinking how even in this day and age just how bad some people really are. I know and understand what this represents, but then started thinking of all other historical wars where lives have been lost and land has been stolen.
I then began to wonder, ” Hold on… I was only born in 1976. Why the bloody Hell do people dig up things from centuries or even millennia ago, to make the people of today look so bad. I agree our ancestors did some evil things but how dare you lay the blame at my feet this day when I wasn’t even born and neither was you…”
History is important, but what matters to us today is the here and now which we are living in. We have such opportunities to make the world a better place. From simply planting a few trees to bring oxygen to the world and homes to wildlife…to raising money to people less fortunate than ourselves.
It’s 2016! We have made it together this far. You and me and everybody else. Dreadful things are still happening today. Let’s focus on stopping them rather than blaming everyone alive today for things that happened centuries before they was even born. Let’s use our intelligence for once in our fucking history and work together as a planet!!
Just to dispel an urban myth. It doesn’t matter how many oranges or garlic you eat or vitaminC pills or you take… if there’s a contagious disease out there, YOU CAN GET IT! While I am happy to accept these may strengthen your immune system for the fight against illness, they don’t make you immune in any way what so ever. Teachers of Britain, you are largely responsible for this miseducation and should leave such branch of knowledge to Doctors who actually know these things. Big thanks to whoever gave me flu this Christmas. Prat.
I’m beginning to reap the benefits of backing #TinManGames recent Kickstarter project, #TheWarlockOfFiretopMountain , as my Tinny badge has arrived through the post today. That’s a good postal service for this time of year. Regardless, this is a very exciting project, especially as my name will feature in Zagors crypt. #FightingFantasy has come such a long way in the past two years, and becoming part of it makes me feel as enduring fan as ever.
I decided to make a family group for Facebook, and have added all family members to it, as well as discovering my two long lost cousins whom I managed to locate today also. I feel I’ve taken a step in bringing the family back together again, where there has been a link in the chain missing for over 30 years. Now with Auntie Doreen and Uncle Derek back in contact… I believe I’ve made at least three people really happy. I believe I’ve done well. Time to move on together at long last. Happy New Year to all of my family.
Quick thought for #Lemmy who passed away , who gave us one of the most memorable heavy rock songs of the 80s.
OK and thanks to the generous idiot who decided to give me influenza since Christmas Eve. However big ups to my beautiful lady for looking after me, you are an angel… nobody has ever been so lovely to me like that XxX
We managed to get out yesterday and she treated me to a lovely mixed grill after looking for some geocaches along the Bardney bit of river I usually cycle to.

The other day my Sponge gave me a lovely Christmas card, so lovely was it that it brought a tear to my eye. I’m happy to report that she found her Xmas gift from me tearworthy as well in a nice way due to the little message inside. (Thankyou #JonathanGreen ). It truly is the little gestures that count, so remember this… not just at Christmas but every day of the year.
It is with much disappointment that one of my favourite horror writers, Stephen Volk, has sunk to an all time low and proven hisself to be a bit of a twat. His talented skills tarnished by the fact he thinks he can tell people what they can and cannot post on their own Facebook wall. This blog post is in his honour.
~ I love your work but your attitude stinks. Facebook is a social network. People speak on it. Its natural, tough titty. I hate spoilers as much as anybody, and whilst I agree there are groups or other methods to reduce them, maybe Facebook isn’t the right place for you if you think being on your friends list is more important than any persons freedom of speech. You are not all that, and one man will never silence the entire human race. You’re good but not that good, and can’t dictate what people can and cannot post on their own walls. Seeing how you’ve blocked me on Facebook and I’m not even one of these “Spoilermeister” people you loath, I take this chance to say best of luck in future projects, and have a happy Christmas 2015 ~

On a happier note, this is my 200th post so well done for making it memorable 🙂
My good lady has wonderfully said that I can be her gardener when she gets her new place. A couple of rose varieties are very special to her so I definitely think they will be the most dominant genus. Heres a funny fact… there’s actually a yellow variety named Golden Shower. Either someone isn’t in touch with the modern world or there’s a colossal perv in the world of horticulture!
