Some legends are told to frighten us. Others are told because, deep down, we can’t resist being fascinated by them.

MISTIQUE, my upcoming music album, ventures deep into the darker corners of folklore, mythology and supernatural legend, bringing together songs inspired by some of the most infamous and haunting creatures ever imagined.

This is an album where beauty can be dangerous, temptation can be deadly, and the monsters hiding in ancient stories come alive through music.

From the hypnotic call of the Siren, whose enchanting voice lures sailors towards their doom, to the terrifying Krasue, a vengeful spirit from Southeast Asian folklore, MISTIQUE explores the stories behind creatures that have fascinated and frightened generations.

And then there is the Succubus — the legendary demon of temptation, seduction and nightmare, whose supernatural allure conceals a much darker purpose.

These aren’t simply songs about monsters. They’re journeys into the emotions and fears that created these legends in the first place: desire, obsession, temptation, loneliness, revenge, fear and the unknown.
