Just to dispel an urban myth. It doesn’t matter how many oranges or garlic you eat or vitaminC pills or you take… if there’s a contagious disease out there, YOU CAN GET IT! While I am happy to accept these may strengthen your immune system for the fight against illness, they don’t make you immune in any way what so ever. Teachers of Britain, you are largely responsible for this miseducation and should leave such branch of knowledge to Doctors who actually know these things.
