WwwOooooAaaHhh!
I’m beginning to regret hiring a ghost writer 😉

All posts for the month January, 2014
Payday at long last, its been a long old month and Christmas seems so long ago again now. The atmosphere at work was quite heavy again and the rain which was gushing down on Britain was icy cold. Put my contact lens in inside out as well like a loony so my eyes been a bit tender all day. I now have the disinfectant and substrate to clean out Ramonas vivarium. This time round its cedar bark. Cant say I am enthralled with the stock at this new shop but at least she will be germ free. I have filled out my membership renewal form for UKIP so I hope Mr Farage will be happy. I wonder how they will do in the European elections? Not long till May!
Well how can I describe today? The walk to work was the first this year to have tiny flecks of snow in the air. Moo was in quite a mood today because one of the managers asked her to clean some extra frames directly before her lunch break ha-ha. I’ve added two new pages to this blog. The first was ‘Rides’ which contains a few video’s of previous cycling adventures,. The next, ‘Offers’ are a load of online offers which you as the readers may or may nor be interested in. I’m also going to post one here as a sort of offer of the day under each new post. Pay day tomorrow and I cant wait, with our back date my savings will be boosted back up a few hundred.
Anyway as I use to do a spot of ghost hunting here is a link to an online shop which sells ghost hunting equipment. I have purchased from there in the past when I was in to it years ago so I know its all genuine.
Watched the second DVD Jamie had loaned to me. Kick Ass looked less appealing to me going by the cover picture and I have always been a devil for judging a book by its cover. It turned out to be a fun and entertaining film. Every bit as good as the one yesterday. I guess I am becoming as big a nerd as he is. (his words, he won’t mind me saying it)
Ive also added a #Left4Dead review someone has done on the #Zombie page seeing how its become my number 1 video game pass time. That’s that covered so time to start thinking what I can do next. Maybe I can just integrate my other blog into this one as its basically just one page. Would save on domain renewal fees!
A friend of mine at work lent 2 DVDs to me to watch, the first of which I viewed tonight. Its called Scott Pilgrim vs The World. (No, I don’t watch many movies or TV) During the first 20 minutes to half an hour I was beginning to worry this was going to be some dumb teen comedy. I was just about ready to switch it off when the first fight scene started giving me the biggest What The F*** moment I have had in quite some time. The visual FX were spot on and the story became quite entertaining. Would I watch it again? Probably not due to its teen flick genre. Did I enjoy it? Yes I did, and if you haven’t already you certainly should give it a try, as there are a couple of human moralities highlighted along the way which couldn’t have come at a better time for me after the past few months.
Other than that, a good day at work and I think I have my holidays sorted. I may have a fortnights worth of leave booked in March. We will need to really wire in production now and get the place gleaming.
Managed to lever myself out of bed this morning at 6:30am, shower, and stroll down to do the stock check at Radio Lincolnshire. Place is still looking as good as ever, it will be a shame to lose the contract as I cover for the other worker when she is on leave. Apparently I will do 9 more days worth before then. Totally different vibe to Royal Mail. Had a pretty good day there as it happens today. Quick thanks to jackflacco.com for the like on yesterdays post! Aslo reached my first 100 on the hit counter so quite happy about that 🙂
Been a rather uneventful weekend due to wet weather but a bit of me time has been rather nice after all that has gone off this week. Have to do a stock and equipment check for Lucy, my boss tomorrow at the BBC radio Lincs building. I like going there its a shame we are going to lose the contract in March. I’ve managed to do a Zombie page here featuring my top 5 favourite Zombie flicks of all time. There are some good reviewers on Youtube so hats off to each of them for letting us share their work with the embed codes. Check it out!
Managed to get to the laundrette today. Despite the price its a faster way to wash your clothes. Might have to do it more in the future. Made a little cartoon for my youngest sister today. During production a rather living Minx turns up to return my possessions. The text I sent her yesterday has left her fuming. Well, can I be blamed for the women have treat me in the past? To hell with being the gentle giant, I’ve finally manned up to the occasion. Yea I’ll miss her but six of one and half a dozen of the other.
I was hoping to maybe do some cycling tomorrow but the wind and rain are going crazy outside. Early is the key though, the roads seem much quieter. Beyond The Pit, sequel to the Fighting Fantasy guidebook Out Of The Pit is now available to buy.
Well I was right about Minx. She’s calling it a day with me though I had to trawl it out of her. She hasn’t given a reason why but it all seems pretty mutual. Considering she didn’t hit my G spot anyway its no great loss on the relationship front but she’s a nice person so Id love to stay friends, something she hasn’t confirmed but what the hell. She was going to drag me all the way to the coffee shop and drop the news there but I knew it was going to happen all week. Psychic or what?
Need to do a new coverpic for Facebook. Guess I can look forward to a pretty boring weekend unless the weather turns unimaginably good for January and I get a bike ride in. Hey,…least I can drool over Shannon, the new mobile cleaner without a guilt trip. Every cloud has a silver lining! Oh and thanks to artgland and Opinionated Man for being my first followers 😉
Am I such a bad friend that people feel its respectable to me to argue on my own Facebook wall? The type 2 Bipolar in me thinks so. Well this week has left me pretty sour minded towards some of my friends to the point I have actually deactivated my old Facebook account. I sooner throw myself on the blade than feel my heart break as two friends tear each other to shreds for nothing more than a petty disagreement. I opened a new one just for family and colleagues to stay in touch. Even Minx hasn’t spoken much and today only sent one solitary text. I kind of get the message although she does say she’s working hard and tired. I don’t mind cutting the slack though I am use to it. I can now tie in my blog , Instagram and Facebook using the Publicize feature and the like. Lets see if this endeavour will be better all round.
Nigel paid a visit to work today with our new mobile cleaner Shannon. Nice lass or seems to be. Pizza night around Mel n Robs again tonight. I think its the fourth one we have had so far. Seem to have one every 5 months or so. Good times.
