Dealing With It

Healing from narcissistic abuse can take a very long time. There are certain situations where forgiveness is not the answer in helping you move on. I have had years to study this, and like a bereavement, this crap can hurt forever. Only time, and more positive life experiences to water down the negative will even remotely ‘ease’ the damage done. Dr Ramani explains this perfectly.
